Newsletter – September 2017

Commander – Al Norton
September – our weekly dinner and dance starts again for the winter months.

Let’s all have a great day Saturday the 2nd for our 6th Annual Golf Tournament. Come on over to the club for the post- game celebration.

On Saturday the 9th come support our Post in the Elephant Day Parade. Our breakfast before the parade will be an open house, bring your friends!

Please remember our 1st responder’s ceremony on 9/11 at 8:00 am with the City of Elephant Butte, across from City hall.

The early bird membership drive ends September 30th. If we get over 100% the amount of dues we pay to National is greatly reduced. We are already about half way there. Let’s get it done!

Always remember to pray for our Troops, veterans and country!

God Bless America!

With six days remaining in the month of August our revenues are in the black about $3,300. For the first two months of this fiscal year the bar and kitchen are averaging about $3,800 per week. Thanks for the efforts of Bob Acre and all of his many volunteers the upcoming golf tournament looks to be a big success. This should have a huge impact on the revenue for September.
