Guest speaker

Liz Foster, from the Auxiliary, came by to discuss some of the plans that the city of Elephant Butte has to demonstrate patriotism. This will include, but not be limited to, a city long display of flags to be flown on Flag Day June 14.  These will go from the VFW to the Elephant Butte Inn.  Additionally, there will be a parade and numerous other events.  I won’t steal her thunder so I will let you read about all of this in her portion of the newsletter.  The S.A.L voted to assist wherever possible.
