Member dues are coming in slowly. If you still owe dues for 2016 try and get them in as soon as possible.

Mike Rose passed away, our condolences to his family.
Theresa (Terry) Smith, wife of SAL member Tillman Smith passed away April 12. Let us keep Tillman and the family in our prayers.

Officers
We will be holding election of officers at the May meeting. Anyone interested in holding an office let me or any SAL member know. We would welcome any member who would like to get active in the SAL.

Clean up at the old cemetery on April 30th at 9 am. Let’s all come out and help.

Memorial Day placing of the flags on veteran graves starting at 9 am May 28, at the new cemetery.

The Sal will be having a dinner Saturday June 4th. Rueben Sandwiches with potato salad and beans will be served. Come on out at 5 pm and enjoy a good sandwich for dinner.

Meeting
The next SAL meeting will be May 17th at 6:30pm at the Post.
